SEMINAR ON DRUG ABUSE AND ILLICIT TRAFFICKING

“Alcohol is a turncoat first a friend and then an enemy”

           We must do all we can to empower parents and communities to protect our youth and to encourage healthy behavior free from binge drinking and other forms of alcohol abuse. To state the Impact of Drug abuse, NSS volunteers organized seminar about “Drug abuse and Illicit Trafficking” on 20^th June 2012 at Textile seminar hall. The chief guest was Dr.Malathi Mahalingam , Young Scientist, Department of Physical Sciences. She shared her views on drug abuse to observe the international day of drug abuse and illicit trafficking. The students actively interacted with the chief guest and clarified their doubts.
